These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchase you make through it (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1) Who we are and how to contact us

Tuckson Projects Ltd operates TUCKSON. If you need to contact us, please use our contact form at https://tuckson.london/pages/contact .

2) Eligibility and account security

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3) Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately and to display them as clearly as possible. However:

·       Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings.

·       Where products contain natural materials, slight variations in colour or aroma may occur between batches.

We may update product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time.

4) Prices, VAT, and promotions

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

We are VAT registered. Where VAT is chargeable, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the UK (where offered), local taxes, duties, and import charges may apply. These are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient unless we expressly state otherwise.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5) Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer by you to buy products. We will send an order acknowledgement, but this does not mean your order has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation (or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing).

We may decline or cancel an order, for example, if:

·       an item is out of stock

·       we identify a pricing or description error

·       we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity

·       a carrier restriction means we cannot ship the goods safely or lawfully

·       the destination is not one we ship to for that product category

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amounts paid for the cancelled items.

6) Payment

We accept payment methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have permission to use it.

7) Shipping and delivery

Our shipping arrangements, destinations, processing times, and restrictions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Key points:

·       We ship within the UK.

·       We ship internationally for non-perfume and non-food items only, subject to destination restrictions and carrier rules.

·       Perfume and honey are UK only.

·       Delivery dates are estimates.

·       Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, when you (or a person you nominate) takes physical possession of the goods, unless you have arranged your own carrier that is not offered by us.

·       For international deliveries (where offered), import duties, taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless we expressly state otherwise.

8) Returns, refunds, and your right to cancel

Our approach to returns and refunds is set out in our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Change-of-mind returns

We offer a change-of-mind return window as set out in the Refunds and Returns Policy.

For perfumes, change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the product is unopened and sealed, in resalable condition, within the return window.

Sealed goods, hygiene, and safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

·       perfumes where any seal has been broken, or the product has been opened or used, and

·       opened food items.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

International returns

Where international shipping is offered for non-perfume and non-food items, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Import duties and taxes paid to local authorities are typically non-refundable, and you may need to seek recovery from the relevant authority.

Statutory cancellation rights

UK consumers may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days. Where a statutory exception applies (including for sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed), that right may be limited. Our Refunds and Returns Policy explains how we handle cancellations and returns in practice.

9) Product use and safety

Please use products as directed and keep them out of reach of children.

Perfume and alcohol-based products may be flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate advice. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to faulty products.

Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.

10) Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:

·       break the law or infringe anyone’s rights

·       attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems

·       introduce malware or malicious code

·       scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services

·       interfere with the operation or security of the Services

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you are misusing them.

All content on the Services (including text, images, designs, trademarks, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

12) Reviews, feedback, and user content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting TUCKSON (for example, on our website, emails, or social channels).

You confirm that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.

15) Our responsibility and limits on liability

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

·       death or personal injury caused by our negligence

·       fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

·       any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under law

We supply products for private use. If you use products for any commercial, business, or resale purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

16) Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, customs delays, strikes, or failures of communications networks.

17) Changes to the Services or these Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

If changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.

18) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in force.

19) No waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

20) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence if you are a consumer and that right applies.

21) Contact
