Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (change of mind)

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Sealed fragrance must remain sealed to be eligible for return

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Non-returnable: opened or unsealed fragrance, samples/discovery items (if applicable), and items returned used, worn, or not in resalable condition

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected
