TUCKSON Refunds and Returns Policy (UK)

We hope you love your TUCKSON order. If something is not quite right, here is how returns and refunds work.

This policy sits alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.

1) Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and components.

To start a return, please contact us via our contact form: https://tuckson.london/pages/contact and include:

·       Your order number

·       The item(s) you wish to return

·       The reason for return (optional, but helpful)

If your return is accepted, we will confirm the return address and return instructions.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect items in a way you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

2) Sealed perfumes and food items (important)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

·       Perfumes where any seal has been broken (including cellophane, box seals, bottle seals, or any tamper-evident packaging), or where the bottle has been opened or used.

·       Honey and other food items that have been opened or unsealed.

If a sealed perfume or food item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are still covered. See section 5.

3) Final sale items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

4) Return shipping and fees

·       Return shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

·       No restocking fee.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

5) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via https://tuckson.london/pages/contact , with:

·       Your order number

·       A short description of the issue

·       Clear photos (and, if relevant, photos of the outer packaging)

Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights. For approved faulty or incorrect returns, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

7) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

8) Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original payment method of the purchaser.
