Terms
50% on confirmation, balance and carriage before dispatch. Bank transfer. Goods go out on cleared funds. Everything is made by one person, so half up front secures the production slot.
Carriage: I contribute up to £30 on UK mainland orders of £900 or more. Everything else at cost, quoted per consignment before the balance is invoiced. Perfume ships as dangerous goods, so rates may vary by destination. Report damage or shortage within five working days, with photographs.
Lead time
- United Kingdom.
Stocked items, seven to fourteen working days. Where an item needs making, one to two months. Flagships depend on porcelain from 1882 Ltd and may take longer.
- European Union.
I am appointing an EU responsible person and completing CPNP notifications, and expect to take EU orders from early 2027.
- Rest of the world.

Period after opening is nine to twelve months, printed on the back of each pack. My work carry a high
proportion of natural materials, so colour may vary slightly between batches and fine particles may settle. Neither affects the fragrance. Keep away from direct light and heat.
